35g oatbran (heb), an options sachet (2 syns), 120g pot natural yogurt, 1 dessert spoon of canderel and an egg mixed together.
Then fry in a pan with frylight flipping gently as they dont completly firm up till cooked.
Serve with fruit.

2 weerabix crumbled and mixed with a small pot of natural yogurt and 2 tbsp canderel (or use a sweet fruit yogurt), mix with 2 eggs.
Then cook in a frying pan with frylight… dont flip them too early or they will fall apart.
Serve with fruit and sprinkle with cinnamon.
