Vanilla Baked Oats

Syn free using oats as healthy extra B
Serves 1

Mix 35g of oats, 1 egg, 2tbsp yogurt or quark, 2 tbsp of sweetener and 2 tsp vanilla essence.
Bake in a 200 degrees oven for 25 minutes.
Top with fruit or jam (be sure to syn it) and enjoy.
