Chicken and Red Pepper Risotto

This is a super healthy dinner you can put together without hundreds of ingredients.  Plus it’s syn free!

 

Boil risotto rice (or whatever you have in the cupboard) in chicken stock. When the rice is half cooked, add in a tablespoon of tomato puree and a tsp of paprika. Dice a red pepper and some spring onion and add to the pan. Tear some cooked chicken and stir it in.
Add garlic salt to taste … and serve!
