Blackberry & Red Onion Chutney

Put 500g blackberries, 2 sliced red onions, 8 tbsp sweetener, 150ml vinegar and 100ml water in a deep pan on the hob. Boil rapidly till onions have softened and liquid has evaporated.

Divide between two jars and allow to cool before refrigerating.
