Sweet and Sour Tofu and Vegetables

Serves 1
1.5 syns

mixed stir fry vegetables
Crispy tofu

Sauce: (put the ingredients in a jar and shake to mix)
1 heaped tbsp tomato puree
2 tbsp vinegar
2/3 cup water
1 dsp canderel
1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce

Cook the veggies in fry light, pour over the sauce and stir and it will thicken pretty quickly over the heat so watch it doesnt stick. Stir in the tofu. Add a little more water to the sauce if you need.
Serve with rice or noodles.
