Almond & Strawberry Oaty Muffins

Makes 3
2.5 syns per muffin or 1.5 syns for three muffins if counting the oats as your healthy extra.

Mix together:
2 beaten eggs
2 tbsp natural or vanilla yogurt
3 tbsp sweetener
1 tsp almond essence
35g oats

And spoon into three cupcake cases.
Then spoon:
1 tsp of reduced sugar jam on top of each muffin (ie a total of 3tsp jam).

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C for 30 minutes.
