250g quorn mince (or lean mince)
4 large flat mushrooms
1 tin chopped tomatoes
100g tomato puree
200g cottage cheese
6 tbsp natural yogurt
Salt and pepper
1/4 tsp mustard powder
120g low fat cheese
In a deep pan fry the onion in frylight until soft then add the mince and finely chopped mushrooms. Add in the tinned tomatoes and tomato puree and seasoning.
Layer the lasagne sheets and filling a few times.
Then blend the cottage cheese, yogurt, salt and pepper and mustard powder and pour ontop of the lasagne. Then grate the cheese and top.
Bake in the oven at 180degrees for 45 minutes.
