Sweet Noodle Pudding

150g thin vermicelli dried noodles
3 eggs, beaten
1 sweetened yogurt (ideally apple or peach
3 tbsp canderel
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp cinnamon

Boil and drain the noodles. Then rinse them to cool. Toss them with the beaten eggs, yogurt, canderel, vanilla and cinnamon and pour into a baking dish. Sprinkle extra cinnamon on top.

Bake at 200°c for 30 minutes.

Enjoy hot or cold as a pudding or as an alternative for breakfast with fruit.
