Mushroom Rice Loaves

Cook a packet of syn free savoury rice according to the packet. Saute a chopped onion, 2 cups of sliced mushrooms and 2 crushed gsrlic cloves in frylight.
Combine the rice and mushroom mix. Add in two beaten eggs and salt and pepper…then scoop into muffin cases or mini loaf tins and bake at 200°c for 30 minutes.
Lunch on the go is ready….enjoy!
