Vegetarian Moroccan-Spiced Kebabs

150g quorn mince
2 eggs                              
Handful of fresh coriander
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ras el hanout or mexican spice
1/2 tsp dried chilli flakes
1/2 a green and red pepper

In a food prood processor pulse all ingredients except the the green and red pepper.
Scoop balls of the mix onto a lined baking tray and bake at 200°c for 20 mins or until the kebabs are firm to the touch. Then remove from the oven.
Cut up peppers and thread alternately the vegetables and the kebab pieces.
Spray kebabs with frylight and bake for 25 minutes.

Serve with salad and or rice.
