Slimming World Speed Soup

Serves 6

1 tin baked beans
2 tins chopped tomatoes
1/3 cup split peas
1/3 cup black beans
2 onions, diced
2 carrots, diced
1 red, green and yellow pepper, diced
1 stock cube
1 litre of water
Seasoning of choice; I use smoked salt, peri peri seasoning and chilli powder.

Boil everything up till soft. When vegetables and beans are cooked, blend and season to taste. Serve with a swirl or yogurt or fromage frais.
