Vegetarian Chilli

1/2 cup split peas
1/2 cup dried black beans
1 tin of chickpeas, drained
1 tin chopped tomatoes
2 red onions, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 yellow pepper, chopped
2 carrots, chopped
3 chopped garlic cloves
1 stock cube mixed in 700ml water
1 green and 1 red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
1 tsp hot paprika
2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp salt

All in the slow cooker on low and 6hrs later… the most delicious syn free vegetable chilli.
