Carrot & Bulghar Wheat Salad

Serves 2

2 carrots, peeled and grated
1/2 cup bulghar wheat, cooked according to packet
28g raisins
Zest and juice of a lemon
A pinch of cinnamon
1 tsp white wine vinegar
1 tsp canderel
1/2 tsp salt

Mix all the ingredients together and allow to sit for an hour before serving if possible for flavors to enhance.

Serves 2. (2 syns per serving)
