Broccoli & Cauliflower Quinoa Bake

Boil 300g finely chopped brocolli and cauliflower with 1/3 cup of quinoa and bulgar wheat mix, for 10 minutes.

Drain and mash about half of the mix. Mix in 2 eggs, 1/4 tsp of salt, pepper, chilli powder and chinese five spice powder.

Bake in baking dish for about 40 minutes at 200 degrees.
