Cook a few cooking apples in with a splash of water and canderel to taste.
Then place 200g apple (3 syns) in a baking dish.
In a bowl mix an egg, 35g oats (heb), 3 tbsp canderel, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp vanilla essence and 1 tsp oil (2 syns).
Then pour the oatmeal top over the apple and bake for approximatly 20 minutes or until golden.
For the whole dessert: 5 syns plus heb on Slimming World. Or 11 syns if not using oats as a heb. For the ultimate dessert add a tablespoon of agave syrup for 1.5 syns.
