Rhubarb Oatmeal Cake Bake

Cook 300g rhubarb with a splash of water and canderel to taste.

Then place in a baking dish.

In a bowl mix an egg, 35g oats, 3 tbsp canderel, 1 tsp vanilla essence and 1 tsp oil.

Then pour the oatmeal top over the rhubarb and bake for approximatly 20 minutes or until golden.
