Lemon Cakes

Makes 10 (1 syn each or syn free if you arent worried about tweaks.)

130g pudding rice cooked, mixed with 2 eggs, 1 tbsp natural yogurt, 1 cup canderel and the zest and juice of one lemon. Spoon into 10 cupcake cases and bake for 30 minutes at 180°c
Allow to cool and then enjoy.
