Sweetcorn Fritters and Smokey Dip

Makes 12 fritters

A 325g can of sweetcorn, drained
2 eggs
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp chilli flakes

2 tbsp greek yogurt
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp chilli flakes

In a jug blend the eggs with a third of the sweetcorn using a hand blender. Then mix in the remaining ingredients.
Using frylight, fry the fritters in a pan in batches, flipping carefully as they are quite delicate.

To serve, mix the dip ingredients together and plate up with a superfree salad.
