50g spaghetti, broken, cooked and drained
1 red pepper, finely chopped
150g cottage cheese
1 tsp garlic salt, pepper, parsley
Spray a cupcake tray with frylight and divide the spaghetti across the bottom of the cupcake holes.
Then sprinkle the chopped red pepper on top, reserving a small amount.
Whisk the eggs with the cottage cheese, adding in the garlic salt, pepper and parsley. Pour over the spaghetti and red pepper and top with the remaining pieces of red pepper.
Pop in a 200°c oven for 40 minutes.
