Brocolli and cauliflower par boiled. Place in baking dish. Then make a sauce of equal amount natural yogurt and eggs (2 heaped tbsp yog and 2 eggs for me), salt and pepper, 1/2 tsp mustard powder and half the cheese. Mix together and pour the sauce over the veggies. Top with the remaining cheese and bake at 200°c for 25 minutes.
