Leek and Cabbage Gratin

1 syn (serves 1 as a meal, 2 as a side dish)

300g sliced leeks and cabbage
150ml yogurt
1 egg
1 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 finn crisp cracker

Cook the leek and cabbage in fry light to soften.
The place in a baking dish. Mix the yogurt, egg, garlic salt, pepper and nutmeg in a jug and pour over leek and cabbage.
Put the cracker in a plastic bag and get a little body magic smashing it into crumbs with a rolling pin. Sprinkle the crumbs over the dish and put in a 200°c oven for 30 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
