(Using the cheese as Healthy Extra A)
150g baby plum tomatoes, halved
1/2 a tin of drained spinach
1 cooked large tuna steak or 1 tin of tuna drained
150g plain fat free yogurt
1 & 1/2tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp salt
80g low fat cheese, grated
Cook and drain the pasta. Don’t rinse it, the starch helps the sauce stick to it. Mix together the yogurt, curry powder and salt. Mix curried yogurt, tuna, tomatoes and spinach into the pasta. Place in a baking dish and top with grated cheese.
Pop in a preheated oven/grill for about 15 minutes until browned.
