100g cottage cheese
1.5 tsp dried chilli flakes
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp garlic salt
Salt and pepper
Cook portion of pasta for your appetite and drain. Set aside.
Grate the courgette and soften in the pan with fry light. Add the garlic salt, chilli flakes and lemon juice.
Meanwhile in a jug blend the cottage cheese till smooth.
Then add the pasta and blended cottage cheese to the courgettes and heat through. Add salt and pepper to taste.
